Wave

Designer, sound designer, producer. 

On a team of four with an artist and two programmers, I designed and produced Wave, an underwater exploration game where echolocation is the main mechanic. I was responsible for designing the levels and building them in Unity, sound design, implementing assets, UI, and producing the cover.

Wave is a 2.5D atmospheric echolocation game set in the dark underwater abyss. The player begins as one tiny bioluminescent plankter, which can hardly see anything. There are other plankton around, and they can join together to be able to detect their surroundings more effectively. There are dangerous creatures around them, and they will attack if the plankton’s glow becomes too bright, or if they hear their sound waves.
